Cancellation & Refund Policy

DIGIHORIZON RECHARGE VEHICLE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers, and vendors as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:​
1. Consumers:

1.1 CNG/EV/Swap/Bio-diesel/Petrol/H2/Tyre repair:
- Cancellation charge will be effective once slot booking is done.
- Cancellation charges are fixed at ₹10 per booking.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the consumers by the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of booking and have confirmed the order.
- On-the-spot booking has no cancelation and no refund policy.
- Customers are given coins as rewards for slot cancellations if the vendor cancels an accepted booking with a valid reason, along with charging fees.
1.2 Socket Charging:
- Cancellation charges are fixed at ₹30.
- On-the-spot booking has no cancelation and no refund policy.
- Customers are given coins as rewards for slot cancellations if the operator cancels an accepted booking with a valid reason, along with charging fees.
1.3 Miscellaneous:
- Non-refundable in case the customers missed the booked slot.
- If due to the negligence of stations, customers get delayed service or an accepted order get cancelled then a special concession along with coins shall be rewarded.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the DIGIHORIZON RECHARGE VEHICLE PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer and vendors.
2. Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation of Subscription by Vendors:
Vendors can cancel their subscriptions or services at any time.
To initiate a cancellation, they should follow the process outlined below:
Contact Support: The vendor must notify our support team via email or through our portal to request cancellation.
Effective Date: The cancellation will take effect immediately upon confirmation from our team.
Prorated Refunds: If the vendor has paid in advance for a subscription, we will calculate a prorated refund based on the remaining unused period.
2.2 Cancellation by the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel a vendor's subscription or service under the following circumstances:
Violation of Terms: If a vendor violates our terms of service or engages in fraudulent activities.
Non-Payment: If a vendor fails to make timely payments.
Discontinuation of Service: If we decide to discontinue a specific service or product.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
Unused Portion: Vendor are eligible for a refund only for the unused portion of their subscription.
Within 10 Days: Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the cancellation date.
3.2 Refund Process:
Contact Support: The vendor should contact our support team to request a refund.
Review and Approval: Our team will review the request and approve or deny it based on the eligibility criteria.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, UPI, and bank transfer, etc.).
