• Listing and mapping fuel stations and EV charging stations.

• Filtering stations based on fuel type, EV connector type, and availability.

• Providing real-time fuel pricing and station data through API integrations.

• Offering booking and payment options (if applicable).

⚠️ We do not own or operate fuel stations and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or services.

 

4. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

5. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS

• If the Services involve payments, all transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.

• We are not responsible for transaction failures, chargebacks, or disputes between users and payment providers.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver the promised service.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Inaccurate station information.

  • Service disruptions.

  • Losses from third-party interactions.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS

• Our Services may integrate with third-party APIs and services.

• We do not control these external providers and are not responsible for their actions or policies.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before resorting to court proceedings.

  • Courts in Jaleswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

• Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
